Privacy policy

This website belongs to HASHY, which decides how the personal data processed here is used (controller, under the LGPD). For any privacy matter, including contacting our data protection officer, write to [email protected].

• What you write in the forms (contact, diagnosis and partnerships): name, company, subject and message. Today the forms prepare the message for you to send via WhatsApp or email; once direct sending is enabled, the data goes to HASHY's customer service tool.
• Conversations via WhatsApp or email that you choose to start: name, number or address and the content of the conversation.
• Technical access data: IP address, browser and pages requested, logged by the host for security and for the website to work.
• Usage measurement (only if you accept): pages viewed, visit time, traffic source and device type, via Google Analytics 4, with anonymized IP.

We don't ask for sensitive data and we don't sell personal data.

• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
• Google: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and email provider: when you choose to talk through those channels.
• Authorities: when required by law.

These providers process the data according to our instructions and their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside Brazil. In these cases the transfer follows art. 33 of the LGPD, with contractual clauses and protection guarantees offered by these providers.

Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed for the conversation, the proposal or the contract, and afterwards for the period required by law. Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. The host's technical logs follow Cloudflare's retention periods.

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Ask at [email protected]; we reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We use essential storage for the website to work and, only with your consent, measurement cookies. Details are in the Cookie policy, and you can change your choice in “Cookie preferences”, in the footer.

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), a content security policy and doesn't store form data in the browser or on its own servers. Still, no system is completely immune; if there's an incident with relevant risk, we'll notify you and the ANPD.

The website is aimed at companies and professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from people under 18.

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the version in force.
